Collection, use and disclosure

We collect only the information needed for your booking and stay, and use it solely to process your booking and make your stay pleasant. Data is shared only with the service providers listed below or where required by law (e.g. guest registration, tourist tax).

Booking and payment

We use Smoobu (Smoobu GmbH, Berlin, Germany) for online bookings. Payments are processed by Stripe (credit card) or PayPal; card details never reach us. Both providers process your data only to handle the booking or payment. If you book via Airbnb or Booking.com, their privacy policies also apply.

Website

When you visit this website, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, time of access) is stored in server logs by our hosting provider. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded directly from our own server. We use OpenStreetMap for the map; your IP address is transmitted to this provider.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data at any time and object to its use. Just contact us using the details above.

Data security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data against manipulation, loss, destruction or unauthorised access, and improve them continuously.
