Cancellation

• If you cancel up to 5 days before check-in, we refund the amount paid minus the payment provider's fees (credit card or PayPal), which are not returned to us. Depending on the payment method, these are around 3–4% of the booking amount.

Payment

• Payment is due at booking, using the payment methods shown on the website (credit card, PayPal).

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in from 3 pm
• Check-out by 11 am
• Self check-in via key box possible

Liability and conduct

• No parties.
• No pets.
• Guests are liable for any damage caused to furniture, fittings or inventory.
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere indoors.
• Please respect quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am.
• In case of serious violations, the stay may be ended.

Other

• Note for allergy sufferers: cats live in the house and garden (not in the part of the house with the guest rooms). If you are highly allergic to cat hair, you may be affected.
• One free parking space is available per room.

Wi-Fi

Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. Please note:

• The Wi-Fi may not be used for unlawful purposes (e.g. file sharing, copyright infringement).
• Access is password-protected; you'll receive the login details at check-in.
• We can't guarantee continuous availability or speed of the connection.
• Guests are liable for any damage or legal consequences arising from misuse of the internet access.

Privacy

Your personal data is used solely to process your booking. Details are in our privacy policy.

Jurisdiction and applicable law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Aarau, Switzerland.
